Breeding area: The Netherlands – Eastern Scheldt
This full, creamy Dutch oyster is grown in specially designed oyster baskets attached to oyster racks. This gives the oyster its lovely, deep-cupped shape. We grow both diploid and triploid oysters. These top-quality oysters with their unique taste are available all year round.
Juizette la Rêveuse Oyster
Breeding area: France
With its long beaches and steep chalk cliffs, Normandy is home to superb oyster grounds and has become one of the leading oyster-producing regions of France in recent decades. Juizette la Rêveuse is a bold oyster from Normandy with a fresh, salty taste.
Breeding area: Ireland
The Rock Oyster is the label that represents a select group of passionate growers on the Irish coast who grow these beautiful rough oysters on the “Wild Atlantic Way”. The Irish coast has many open connections to the sea, providing ideal conditions for growing oysters. A nice selection of oysters was selected by World of Oysters with a meat percentage of around 10.5%
