We order our seafood direct by the fisherman and seafood farmers. Our long time seafood expertise and daily contact with the fishmongers ensures the quality and availability.
Super freshness & no food waste policy
After we receive your order, our fishmongers select your seafood by the fish auctions and fisherman by hand. We don’t hold fresh fish stocks in Hong Kong to avoid food waste and keep super freshness.

Our Fresh seafood in Europe is bought through the auction direct from the fisherman. twice a week we receive your orders direct in Hong Kong.
Live Seafood from the fisherman
After we receive your order, our fishmongers select your seafood by the fish auctions and fisherman by hand. We don’t hold fresh fish stocks in Hong Kong to avoid food waste and keep super freshness.
Fresh Frozen
Other seafood products are directly frozen after catch to ensure the best quality, we call it fresh frozen. Stocks are bought in peak seasons.
Fish by the Season
Through generations of fisherman experience, we are able to catch fish by the seasons. Almost all fishes are seasonal and by accepting this period, we are able to enjoy seafood now and in the future.

How to order
- Fresh seafood from the Auctions
- All our fresh fishes are fridge-friendly vacuum packed with 7 days shelf life after packing. Storage between 2-5 degrees is required within this period.
- Live Seafood
- We advise you to consume live seafood as soon as possible after receiving the products. Storage between 2-5 degrees is required for optimal storage.
- Fresh Frozen
- Our frozen seafood needs to be stored in the freezer by -18 degrees. We advise you to consume the fresh frozen products within 30 days after receiving.
Before usage, defrost slowly in the fridge. Once defrost do not refreeze.
