Long Description
The Canadian lobster (Homarus americanus) is fished all around the East Coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. Lobsters are caught alive in traps/pots that are located on the seabed and baited with food. This is a sustainable and environmentally friendly form of fishing, which has a minimal impact on the surrounding marine environment. Canadian lobsters thrive in colder temperatures, in which their shells become denser. This affects its physical characteristics, producing meat that is uniquely sweet and tender.
The lofty lobster is a good source of vitamin B12, pantothenic acid and phosphorus, and an incredibly good source of protein, zinc, copper and selenium.
Their natural habitat is unique and cold! This makes our lobster so sweet and tender that you have never eaten anything like it before!
