  • Frozen Cooked Whelks
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 6 cl peanut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) turmeric
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  1. Our Frozen Cooked whelks are already cooked so you simply thaw them in ice water for 10 minutes and drain them.
  2. Prepare the mayonnaise: mix the egg yolks, garlic and mustard in a bowl. Whisk, gradually pouring in the oil, then add the turmeric and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Arrange the whelks on plates, accompanied by mayonnaise. Enjoy well chilled.
