- Our Frozen Cooked whelks are already cooked so you simply thaw them in ice water for 10 minutes and drain them.
- Prepare the mayonnaise: mix the egg yolks, garlic and mustard in a bowl. Whisk, gradually pouring in the oil, then add the turmeric and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Arrange the whelks on plates, accompanied by mayonnaise. Enjoy well chilled.
