Grilled Seafood Platter with Lemon Dressing

Adjust ingredients accordingly to the number of people 

For the lemon dressing

  • ½ cup pitted olives, chopped
  • ¼ cups walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 1 lemon, a pinch of zest, and some slices to serve
  1. Firstly, to prepare the seafood, clean the octopus and let it simmer in a pot of boiled water on low heat for about an hour. Afterwards, let it cool off in ice water and chop the octopus into bite-size pieces. 
  2. Then butterfly the black tiger prawns. 
  3. For the lemon dressing, mix all the ingredients together and season it with salt and pepper if needed. 
  4. To prepare the grill, put it on high heat and brush some olive oil onto the seafood. Place it on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until it’s cooked to your liking. 
  5. After that you’re done! Arrange all the seafood on a platter and decorate it with some red vein sorrel and dill. Scatter some lemon slices on the platter and drizzle your dressing over it. Enjoy!
