  • 227g crab meat
  • 2 avocado, peeled, stone removed and cut into slices
  • 2 little gem lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large mango, peeled, stone removed and cut into small cubes
  • 1 bag mixed salad leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. For the dressing, mix the olive oil, lime juice, chilli flakes and mustard. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  2. Layer the little gem and salad leaves with slices of crab, chunks of mango and the crab meat.
  3. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve immediately.
