Before preparing, make sure your king crab legs are defrosted by putting them in the fridge one day before cooking.
First, preheat the oven to 207°C
Cut the king crab legs into shorter segments and then cut them open in half (lengthwise to expose the meat)
Then put them on a baking tray and cover them with aluminium foil, pop them in the oven for 20 minutes.
While it’s baking, it’s time to make the butter sauce. Whip the softened butter with a whisk and add the lemon juice, sriracha, and sugar. Make sure it’s all combined well and whisk till you have a smooth texture.
When the crab legs are done, spread the butter over the crab legs and top off with the smoked paprika and chopped parsley.
