Peeled Dutch Grey Shrimps
Ingredients
250gr Dutch Grey Shrimps
110gr butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Fresh chopped chives
4 lettuce leaves
4 small baguettes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C
Soften butter in microwave
Place shrimp in a bowl and mix well with the garlic, butter and chives.
Slice baguettes
Spoon the garlic and shrimp mixture on bread. Wrap in foil.
Bake for 5-10 minutes.
Add the lettuce leaves.
