Peeled Dutch Grey Shrimps
Ingredients
  • 250gr Dutch Grey Shrimps
  • 110gr butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Fresh chopped chives
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 small baguettes
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Soften butter in microwave
  3. Place shrimp in a bowl and mix well with the garlic, butter and chives.
  4. Slice baguettes
  5. Spoon the garlic and shrimp mixture on bread. Wrap in foil.
  6. Bake for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Add the lettuce leaves.
