Lump Crab Meat
  • 100gr crab meat, drained
  • 350g pappardelle
  • 2 tbsp cold unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp finely grated orange zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 225g sugar snap peas, halved on a diagonal
  • 2 red chiles, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  1. Cook pasta per packaging directions. Drain pasta and toss with butter, orange zest, and orange juice.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high. Cook snap peas until lightly browned, 2 minutes. Add chiles and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and toss with pasta, lemon juice, crab, and basil.
