Mix the mayonaise, ketchup and whisky together to complete the whisky cocktail sauce.
Cut the shallot into fine slices and mix with the Dutch shrimps. Add 3-4 tbsp of the whisky cocktail sauce and add the chives.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes and sprinkle with some fresh lime juice. Also finely chop the iceberg lettuce.
Take a cocktail glass and place the iceberg lettuce. Then add some cocktail sauce and some cucumber. Finish with the Dutch shrimps and the remaining cocktail sauce.
