Fresh Yellowtail Kingfish fillet
Ingredients
600gr Kingfish fillet without skin and bones cut into cubes 1x1 cm
Juice of 2 limes (if necessary, you can replace the slightly less acidic part of lime juice with tangerine juice)
4 tbsp Sushi vinegar
Grater of 1/4 lime
Coriander leaves
(Pair of leaves for garnish)
1/2 Red onion in very thin (half) rings
4 mint leaves finely chopped
Fresh Red Chili and/or green Jalapeño pepper very thinly sliced (to taste)
*You can also finely chop the pepper into mini cubes.
Preparation
Mix everything in a basin and season with salt.
Leave covered for 5 minutes and stir in between.
Drizzle lightly on plate and garnish.
